Who knew

Every 823 years, January has five Saturdays, five Sunday and five Mondays.

This January is it.

Five Mondays.

I really didn’t need that information.

I haven’t felt much like blogging lately. Sometimes I think going south in the winter is worse than staying here. When I get back winter just seems that much longer.

I’ll be back. Eventually.

You need to stay south longer.

I’d like one with six Fridays. What are the odds? That damn Pope Gregory with his messed up calendar.

  3. Suldog says:

Well, what about Tuesdays? Nobody ever gives Tuesdays any respect. Hell, some of the most momentous happenings that ever happened have happened on Tuesdays. For instance…

Poor you! Care to catsit while I run away?

It’s also complete crap. Sure, that post is about Friday’s but the same thing happens for Mondays. Heck, I bet it happens in 2017.

    823 years already?

Who in the world would research such information? Who in the world needs to know stuff like that? (And now that I know, it’s bugging me…)

  7. geewits says:

You’ll like July. It has five Fridays, five Saturdays and five Sundays. That’s better right?
I get what you’re saying about your vacation. Just try to remember the good thenness of it.

  8. tattytiara says:

That completely explains why this month feels like it’s going on forever.

I’m looking forward to having you back when you’re ready!

  9. VioletSky says:

Now if that happened in Feb., that would be news.

  10. Jocelyn says:

Damn. I’m having this weird year where it’s kind of warm all the time (relatively), and I never know what day of the week it is, so pretty much, I need to lay down on the carpet now so that you can stomp me bloody.
