I would love to have both of those. I truly don’t have a good reading place at home. I do most of my reading in bed, which is OK, but insofar as a place to sit and enjoy something, nothing good.

That would be so useful! I do have goosenecked desk lamps in my living room. Style be damned – I’m always painting and writing in there and wanting the light in very specific places. That little beauty is epic!
Shit, just as I felt miffed Rachel had beaten me to wanting the entire loft, I read she’s greedy, but can’t help it (being part Brit) – so now I’m glad she beat me to it and I don’t prove everybody right about this 100% Brit and her greed, by leaving that same comment.
